Return Policy
Please make sure to read our return policy before returning anything.
Merchandise you bought for the full retail price may be returned for a full refund (except shipping and gift wrapping charges) within 14 days of the date you received the order. We will accept your return for 30 days after the date of PURCHASE for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only!
We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
All sale items may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order for exchange or store credit only. No returns after 14 days.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned. No store credit or exchange on FINAL SALE items.
Additionally, if the merchandise being returned causes the original order total to fall below $75, the value of our Free Shipping promotion will be deducted.

For example, your total is $100. And you get the Free Shipping promo. Then you decide to return an item that costs $30.00. So now your total is $70.00, and the shipping rate is 6.99 for this total. So we will refund you $23.01($30.00-6.99)
If you want to exchange an item, you will be responsible for all the shipping charges - we will charge additional 4.99 for sending exchange item to you.
Items must be returned unused, in it's original condition, in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure an exchange or return. Please attach a receipt.
Return packages must be shipped prepaid.

Write your Order Number in the header, name of the item in the body of the message. We would appreciate if you share with us the reason for the return or exchange.
We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN#).
Once you obtain your RAN#, please write it on the box and ship your return to the following address
